Refund policy

We want you to love your Zaphira body butter. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window: You can return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Opened items: For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of opened or used products.

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong scent, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return: Email us at info@zaphira.us with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us can't be accepted.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
