Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping rates: Orders of $40 or more ship free. Orders under $40 have a flat $5.99 shipping fee.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after your order ships.

Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Address issues: Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Lost or damaged packages: If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, email us at info@zaphira.us with your order number, and we'll make it right.
